How Much do You Charge to Arrange a Mortgage?
We charge a minimum fee of £295 for remortgages and a fee of £495 for purchases. If you need an equity release mortgage then we may charge up to £995 to arrange this for you. You will always recive a quote before we do any chargeable work for you.

What Areas do you Advise in?
We are fully independent financial advisers and as a result can advise on mortgages, life insurance, investments, pensions, inheritance tax, Wills and estate planning.
We also have a commercial property expert, who can assist you if you are looking to buy a commercial property as an investment or to run your business from.
What are your Opening Hours?
The team are available between 8am and 8pm to take your calls and we can even come and see you on the weekend if this is what you need. Just give us a call and we will be happy to arrange an appointment that suits your needs.
Do you do Home Visits?
Yes. We are more than happy to come and visit you at your home at a time and date that suits you.
Can you Write my Will?
Yes. We can write simple and complex wills. We can also arrange a lasting power of attorney for both health and wealth.
Can you Recommend a Solicitor?
We work with a number of solicitors in Cardiff and Swansea and so we will be happy to recommend a solicitor to help you with your home purchase or re-mortgage.
Do you have access to the whole of the market?
Yes. We are not tied to any particular bank or building society and as a result can offer you the best deals available. We also have access to exclusive, broker-only deals too.
Do you Charge for Arranging Life Insurance?
We don't usually charge a fee for life insurance as we receive a commission from the provider for arranging this on your behalf. We will always tell you how much commission we receive.
How Long Does it Take to Get a Mortgage?
This will depend on your situation but it usually takes around 8 weeks to arrange a mortgage for you.
Can I Get a Mortgage if I have Bad Credit?
We will help you get a free copy of your credit file so that we can assess it and then decide what your best options are. Because we have access to the whole of the market we can usually find a lender. If not we will not charge you but will show you ways of improving your credit so that you can increase the chances of getting a mortgage in the future.
Can You Arrange an Equity Release Mortgage for Me?
Yes we can arrange equity release mortgages. We will fully assess your situation and decide whether equity release is right for you. We will explore all other options before recommending this course of action and will also involve your family members in the decision too.
When is your Fee Payable?
Our fee is payable as soon as we have made an application on your behalf. The fee is for the work that we do on your behalf and is non-refundable. We may also receive a commission from the lender. We will let you know in writing about all fees due before any chargeable work is undertaken.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, both our Swansea and Cardiff have parking available just outside.
Cardiff: you can park just outside the office in Park Place or Museum Place. This is Pay and Display
Swansea: You can park at the Oysermouth Car Park in Mumbles. Our office is 200m up the road.

Yes we can help you find an accountant that can help you with both your business and personal finances.
